Thunderhill Raceway is building 23 new garages to be located on the former small skid pad. Already 11 garages have been rented. That leaves 12 available for the first to contact the track and put down a deposit.
The garages are located on the small skid pad directly off of turn 10 and 11 of the three-mile track. The garages are 18’ high, 28’ wide and 45’ deep. They come with power and lights and big roll-up and man door. They can also be modified to suit the renter as needed.
They are expected to be available by the 4th quarter of this year. Construction has begun. They will run north and south parallel to the current garages 11-22.Rented trailer parking space will be set up on the paved area between the two new garages.
Each garage rents for $1,350 per month with an added monthly utility fee estimated at $75.They can only be leased by the year. No monthly rentals at this time. People interested should act quickly by sending the first/last and deposit totaling $5,000 to: P O Box 966, Willows CA 95988.
