The garages are located on the previous small skid pad directly off of turn 10 and 11 of the three-mile track. The garages are 18’ high, 28’ wide and 45’ deep. They come with power and lights and big roll-up and man door. They can also be modified to suit the renter as needed.
They will run north and south, parallel to the current garages 11-22. Rented trailer parking space will be setup on the paved area between the two new garages.
Each garage rents for $1,350 per month with an added monthly utility fee estimated at $75. They can only be leased by the year. No monthly rentals at this time.
